What are the delivery charges for orders from the online order?

All delivery charges will be weighed and charged according to the courier company rate based on the completed product.

Which is the available payment method.

We only accept online payment via Master & Visa card for any order less than value of RM5,000.00.

We are using FPX Bank Transfer Facilities – internet bank transfer which consist most of the Malaysia’s Bank.

For Malaysia’s customer using the offline method will be accepted which is a direct deposit of the payment into our company bank account as follows:

      • Order will only be processed after the full payment is received.
How long will delivery take?
  • Within Kuala Lumpur area it will be delivered within 2 working days when the goods are completed.
  • Outstation area will be delivered within 3 working days when the goods are completed.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering and received deposit we will proceed your order to production. and also have to base on production schedule, to arrange your jobs.If your order Require As Soon As Possible it will be extra charges.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes indeed, Once the item sent to you, We will have an Invoice and also Delivery Order for you to sign. You’ll be keeping Invoice and D.O. and also we will have one back as backup.
